  • We like to see it as your "HomeBase"in Vienna, providing support and company for daily life issues for international families, newcomers and expats. We also focus on the needs and demands of the trailing spouses and moms.

Who is running this site?

  • A small group of like-minded idealists with diverse international backgrounds and strong links to Vienna, that love to meet people and share their experiences and knowledge. German teaching is provided by certified and specialized German as a foreign language or second language trainers.

What are our other priorities?

  • To provide communication assistance and email support to you, so you can get informed about your new home and be able to handle most of life’s needs in Vienna. We are available online for everyday support for all type of questions and concerns that you may have…you can rely on us for local know-how, practical advice and round-the-clock support.
  • To support you with accompanied visits. We can help you, accompany you, provide language assistance in the everyday life and support you through administrative formalities (registration at the local town hall, visiting different schools for your children, accompanying you to any doctor appointments, meetings, etc.) We help you with bureaucracy, administrative issues, cultural and language barriers and many other things.
  • To offer a fun facts coffee mornings, while providing a community environment for our members and guests. Our coffee mornings are an opportunity for group discussion, free exchange of experiences and information and creative expression. Come and share your ideas, thoughts, information, advice, talent and views. Or just come and hang out with us.
